This is a No Holds Barred cook-off, so anything goes, beans, no beans, meat, no meat, you get the gist right!  If you wish to enter a team you will need, Team Name.  4 Team Members (official).  $100 Entrance Fee. Equipment, Stamina & Thick Skin.

On the day, we will be selling armbands to the guests, $5 which entitles them to a tase of all the chili entries and they get to cast a vote on their favorite one.  It’s up to you to provide a taste of your chili to the guests and impress them with your method of delivery, service, bragging & general bullshit.

Categories.

1st Place    –  Judges Choice.  Our Impartial Panel of Judges will do a blind taste test & decide on the best, overall chili.  These judges have many, many years of experience, not sure of what but its many.   They are totally Bribeable & Impartial & If you see them wandering around looking lost, please point them in the direction of the Judges table.

2nd Place     Popular Choice.   This is the one the people tasting the chili like the best.  It’s up to you to wow these people & win their votes.

3rd Place     Showmanship.     This goes to the team with the best setup, theme, originality, name, etc.,

4th Place      Bragging Rights.  This wins you the coveted  ‘Bragging Rights Trophy’ a prestigious piece that anyone would be proud to display on their mantlepiece.

We will, of course, have live music & entertainment all day.
